Bachelor's degree: University of Texas at Tyler.
Masters degree: Concordia University in Educational Leadership.
Currently pursuing a doctoral degree from Dallas Baptist University in Educational Leadership.

Served in education for 20 years. 

Served in Dallas Independent School District as an elementary teacher, instructional coach, and instructional specialist. 

Served in Arlington Independent School District as an assistant principal. 

I believe ALL children can learn when they are supported through trusting relationships that lead to academic achievement.
